Our Studio

Underskin was born in Bologna in 2013, in a small room in via del Guasto. A tattoo studio conceived as an atelier: no walk-in production line, no imposed styles. Just artists who take the time to listen.

Over the years the space grew, the team expanded, but the founding idea stayed intact — each tattoo is a shared project between artist and person, from first sketch to healed skin.

Today the studio hosts four resident artists and a rotating programme of international guests. We work by appointment only, on custom projects.
